Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Pi Network-based game application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is exclusively intended for verified users of the Pi Network ("Pioneers"). You must be at least 13 years of age or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your access complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account and Authentication

• All authentication is performed through the official Pi Network SDK. We do not collect or store your password or wallet credentials.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Pi credentials and any activity conducted under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access if your identity cannot be verified via the SDK.

3. Use of the App

• You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You agree not to engage in reverse engineering, unauthorized access, automated scraping, or manipulation of the App.
• Each game within the App may have specific rules, which must be followed at all times.
• You agree not to use the App in any manner that may harm, overburden, disable, or impair the App or interfere with others' use.

4. In-App Purchases and Pi Transactions

The App may offer features that involve Pi-based transactions, such as in-game purchases or rewards. All such transactions are handled solely through the official Pi Network Payment SDK.

• We do not store, control, or have access to your Pi wallet balance or private keys.
• Transaction outcomes are determined by the Pi Network infrastructure and are beyond our control.
• We are not liable for failed, delayed, or incorrect Pi transactions, nor for any loss resulting from them.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App may contain advertisements, affiliate content, or links to third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not control or endorse any third-party content or services.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of such content.
• Interactions with third-party advertisers are at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and design elements of the App, including graphics, logos, code, and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of the developer unless otherwise stated.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without explicit permission.
• Use of the App grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and play the games as intended.

7. User Conduct and Enforcement

• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban users who violate these Terms, attempt to cheat or exploit the system, or act abusively toward other players or the developer.
• We may remove or restrict content that violates platform policies, is offensive, or harms the experience of others.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, security, or accuracy of the App. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
• We are not responsible for temporary downtime due to maintenance, SDK outages, or third-party issues.
• Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, missed rewards, or failed transactions.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be announced within the App or via the Pi Developer communication channels. Continued use after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for behavior we deem harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the developer’s country of residence. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the developer’s legal jurisdiction.
